It has a flexible command line interface and an attractive appearance. It also allows the command line to change the contents of the clipboard.
Drag and drop is a very important tool in the GUI arsenal, but was previously not accessible from the command line. Advanced shell features make the feature even more useful than before. One less reason for switching to the Finder.
CLIDrag can drag a number of different types of data, including text (from a number of sources), pictures and URLs. In addition to dragging, it can also place this data on the clipboard.
