Syrup is a Perl script that lets you easily create an HTML table, either for copying and pasting, or to save to a directory and file of your choice. All you have to do is specify the height, width, and title of the page and fill out the cells.

The program also outputs some CSS to make your table look fancy.
Alternatively you can put in your own CSS to customize the display.
