Send Category Invitations (Entourage) is an AppleScript for Microsoft Entourage that will send iCal invitations for all events of a particular category you choose to any contacts or and/or groups you select in the Address Book.

So you could set up a number of events (meetings, for example), give them their own category, and automatically send out invitations to the Group of members associated with these meetings for all the meetings at once.

When the recipients receive and accept the invitations – if they all have Entourage or another email client that reads iCal messages – the meetings will all automatically be entered on their own calendars.

Requirements:
Microsoft Entourage.

Send Category Invitations (Entourage) 1.0: Send Category Invitations (Entourage) is an AppleScript for Microsoft Entourage that will send iCal invitations for all events of a particular category you choose to any contacts or and/or groups you select in the Address Book.

Remove Duplicate Recipients (Entourage) 1.0: When you drag multiple contacts from Custom Views or groups from the Address Book into a new email message, you will often find that you have managed to drag the same contacts and/or group members several times, if they appear in more than one category or group.
De-Contact Groups Members (Entourage) 1.0: If you have imported a number of groups from other email programs, all of whose members have been made into full-fledged contacts in your Address Book, but you prefer that they be merely group members (name and email address) without contact status filling up your Address Book, select the group in the Address Book and run De-Contact Groups Members (Entourage).
Display Contact Categories (Entourage) 1.1: Display Contact Categories (Entourage) is a set of scripts to set the name of every category applying to contacts in your Entourage Address Book to appear immediately beneath his or her name on the top of the Summary page of the contact "booklet".
