The included actions and sample workflow are designed to include compression of QuickTime video to a number of formats as a part of any kind of workflow. The demonstration workflow — which lets the user select a QuickTime file or folder of QuickTime files, compress them to either MPEG-4 .mp4 or QuickTime .mov format with the most recent settings you have used in QuickTime Pro, and then copy them to iTunes and set information for the files so that you can easily categorize, search, automate smart playlists, etc. — is included to show how one might use the actions in a workflow (in this case, preparing a video to be loaded onto the iPod) that could be run from Automator, saved as an application or even scheduled as an iCal calendar event.

- Add any file to iTunes
Sample workflow:
