A hybrid CD is a CD-ROM that has both a Mac and a Windows file system, so that it looks like a Mac CD when mounted on a Mac and looks like a Windows CD when mounted on a Windows machine.
A custom hybrid CD is one in which the two file systems present somewhat different sets of files. Mac OS X makes it easy to burn a hybrid CD, but not a custom hybrid CD. The Hybrid CD Kit helps you construct custom hybrid CDs.
What's New:
This version contains a workaround for a bug in Apple's command line program hdiutil in Tiger.
