Entourage Note from Selection was originally intended for Safari, but works with any app that lets you select text and has a Copy command in its Edit menu. Copies the text, prompts for a title.

If you are in Safari, the script will add the URL of the front Safari page to the text, and then will create a note in Microsoft Entourage with the text as the note body and the title as the note subject. The GUI scripting package, free from Apple, is required! download from http://www.apple.com/applescript/GUI/
