D-Volution is an application based on ffmpeg (http://ffmpeg.sourceforge.net). The aim of D-Volution is to encode DV files in Divx.

To encode your movie issued from iMovie (or other software), it is really easy:

• export your movie in DV (.dv)
• launch D-Volution and drag and drop the DV files on the main window.
• start the encoding with the green button.

Some options are available in the left drawer of D-Volution : to change dimensions, audio and video bitrate, enabled 2-Pass encoding, cropping or disabled preview.

What's New:
fix a bug with MP4/AAC encodings which did not work with Quicktime
you can non encode DVCPRO and MJPEG movies without quicktime export.
48 Hz sampling frequency is now keeped.

Requirements:
at least G4 processor.
