URL Box is the glue between your URLs and your web browser. It is a convenient way to temporarily or permanently store URLs for launching in the default web browser. It's for those URLs that you want quick access to or that you don't want to put in your favorites/bookmarks because you know you'll forget about it.
Just drag a URL(with HTTP:// or FTP://) into URL Box and little window allowing you to launch it that always stays on top is created. URLs that are in windows that don't get closed are saved after quitting the application for use next time the application is launched
