Third Voice Hide Action for GoLive can be used as a Head Action from the Smart tab of the palette (in GoLive 4 and earlier, a Head Action was called an Action Headitem and was in the CyberObjects tab of the palette).

Stops any Third Voice notes being displayed. The action doesn't prevent TV notes being added, but it will make it difficult for TV users to view any existing notes.
