Sundial is a Dashboard widget for Mac OS X that allows you to quickly and easily log time entries to your Basecamp Plus or Premium account.

Requirements:
Sundial requires that you have time tracking enabled for your Basecamp account.
Also, pay attention to the URL you enter as your Basecamp Site Address. If it uses https:// in your browser, be sure to enter it that way in Sundial.
