StorDirector does more than any other storage utility on the market for Mac OS X. Partition, stripe, mirror and edit disks on the fly like never before! Works with any kind of storage.

StorDirector supports all storage types that you can normally connect to the Macintosh, such as ATA, SCSI, Fibre Channel, or FireWire.

Multi-Set RAID.
This allows maximum efficiency for storage utilization by allowing multiple sets to exist in any size and combination on the storage LUNs. Add, Delete or Reconfigure on the fly just the parts you want.

Striping (RAID 0). Highly robust and efficient striping for maximum performance is configurable on a per set basis with options including custom interleave size.

Mirroring (RAID 1). Use fully redundant mirroring for the most highly available storage protection.

Virtual Disk Technology allows you to virtualize the storage pool and control how the real underlying devices are used.
