If you find it tedious to have to add the same bcc recipient on large numbers of email messages perhaps sending a copy of all your work mail to a supervisor then just run Reply with BCC (Entourage), after you've set it up. It will add them in automatically.

Completly freeware.

Add BCC or CC (Entourage) 1.1: If you find it tedious to have to add the same bcc or cc recipient(s) on large numbers of email messages or perhaps sending a copy of all your work mail to a supervisor.
Separate BCC Messages (Entourage) 1.3: Separate BCC Messages will create a separate email message for each BCC recipient, will put them all automatically into the Outbox, will remove the BCC list from the message going to the To recipient(s), and gives you the choice of sending Now or Later.

Every Address Info (Entourage) 1.0: If you run Every Address Info (Entourage) with a new message open in the front, where you have clicked Reply, or typed, pasted or dragged a recipient, all of the recipient's email addresses recorded in the Address Book will be included in the same recipient field (To, CC or BCC).
Speak Sender (Entourage) 1.6: Speak Sender (Entourage) is an Entourage AppleScript that speaks the name of the sender of any incoming E-mail and also recognizes whether the incoming message is a "usual" email, or a "reply".
Auto-Reply Account (Entourage) 1.0: With Auto-Reply Account (Entourage) you can set up a Mail Rule and a Schedule to answer specific mail by Auto-Reply, using a different e-mail account from the one to which the mail is received.
