Reply Insertion Above (Entourage) is a small Entourage AppleScript that will make a reply which sets the insertion point at the top, with the attribution line and the quoted text following two lines lower.

What's New:
Inserts your signature above the quoted text and below the cursor so your whole reply is above the quoted text.

Reply Insertion Above (Entourage) 1.1: Reply Insertion Above (Entourage) is a small Entourage AppleScript that will make a reply which sets the insertion point at the top, with the attribution line and the quoted text following two lines lower.

Indent & Strip Quotes (Entourage) 1.0: If you are sending a reply in HTML, usually to a message sent in plain text at some earlier point in its existence, and wish to change quoted text with (multiple) > quote symbols to indented text ala HTML style, just run Indent & Strip Quotes (Entourage) with your new HTML reply draft message in the front.
Auto-Reply in HTML 1.0: Entourage's Reply action in Rules brings up a Reply Text window that allows only for plain text replies.
Reply Rerouted Account 1.0: Reply Rerouted Account is a small AppleScript for Microsoft Entourage which enables you to reply from another Account than the one(s) to which a message was sent, when specified.
