Red Pill is a free screensaver for Mac OS X. It displays strips of green alien code which slowly draw themselves on the screen as they sweep towards you in 3D. It may bear a certain resemblance to graphics seen in a popular Sci Fi movie trilogy.

Unlike other similar screensavers, this one is true 3D with depth fogging and motion trails. It was written in Cocoa specifically for the Mac and uses OpenGL. It is accelerated for AltiVec/Velocity Engine.

What's New:
Tiger compatibility release; thanks to Dylan McNamee for debugging assistance, as I don't have Tiger yet... For those who are interested, the behavior of the NSImageRep class changed when reading 8 bit monochrome PNG files, resulting in RedPill not recognizing its own textures.
