With PhotoCropper you can crop and scale your photos and save it as a Jpeg file in just a few steps. Open a photo (Jpeg, Tiff, Pict, PCX and even more if you have QuickTime installed) and set your desired destination width and height. Move scale or crop the image until your satisfied and just select "Save As"‚ from the menu.
