PhantomMailer allows it to enter besides receiver address, subject and text even any sender address and requires only the account information like username, password and server addresses of a valid eMail account to send the mail. For the receiver it seems as if the eMail was sent by the sender address entered by the user before.

Sending eMails from an eMail address without having any account information or passwords has now become easily possible.

This method of sending eMails is very useful for example for people on a business trip, who do not have access to their business' address. They can now use their private eMail account to send business eMails without displaying their private address.
