The MPS Page Printer™ module for QuarkXPress and Adobe InDesign allows you to output each page or spread of a document in EPS or PostScript format. For EPS output, QuarkXPress users have the option of embedding fonts within the EPS files (requires the use of the free MPS Font Collector™ XTensions module).
For PostScript output, you have the option of creating PostScript disk files, or printing directly to a PostScript printer. The handy “Page Selection” dialog makes it easy to choose the pages or spreads you want to print, and the naming options give you control over the final output filename. Page Printer is a must-have for anyone working with third party imposition systems, or publishing PDF pages to the web.
Here are some key features of "Page Printer":
Save each page or spread of any QuarkXPress or Adobe InDesign document as a separate PostScript or EPS file.
Supports all options included in the QuarkXPress “Save as EPS...” feature.
Provides numerous options for specifying how the resulting files should be named.
Saves complete spreads in PostScript or EPS format.
Download and embed PostScript font information with each EPS file (requires that the Font Collector XTensions module also be loaded). Supports Type 1 and True Type font embedding.
Supports discontinuous page range selection.
Provides a handy “Page Selection” dialog. Just click on the pages or spreads that you want to print and they are automatically added to the list.
Provides separate options for handling single vs. multiple page documents.
Limitations:
Cannot process more than 3 documents at a time.
Requirements:
QuarkXPress or
Adobe InDesign.
