Meditation Timer is a really simple cocoa app, but nonetheless I thought a few would find it useful. I actually wrote it for myself, because I often meditate alone and don't want to watch a clock. I found some good sounds, gave it an appropriate interface, and thats about it. You can also add your own sounds by adding them to the resource folder (see Meditation Timer's help file). Its got a lovely interface inspired by the new unified title/toolbar look (which by the way I hope will become standardized
Requirements:
Quicktime 7.0 or later.
What's New:
Ability to have mediation timer display minutes counting up or counting down
Meditation timer is smarter about telling you if you enter invalid period lengths
Much better UI
Multiple UI Bugfixes
In addition, Meditation Timer is now 10.4-only.
