kSpectra Toolkit consists of a set of programs for advanced spectral analysis of univariate or multivariate time series arising in many of the physical sciences, ranging from electrical engineering and physics to geophysics and oceanography, as well as biomedical sciences.

Here are some key features of "kSpectra Toolkit":
Multithreading for essentual computations, which avoids freezing the user's interface and improves perforemance on multiprocessor system.
Integrated Apple help.
Drag-and-drop installation.
Built-in plotting with great graphics, EPS and PDF output.
Easy and intuitive object-based data management, single project files for all data and graphs; drag-and-drop importing of dataset files.
It's double-precision, core numerical linear algebra computations use the BLAS and Lapack functions in Apple?s Accelerate framework, which gives you most of the performance benefits of Apple?s Velocity Engine, and the best optimization for all "G-series" processors.

Limitations:
It has the same analysis tools as the licensed version.
"Save Projects" feature is disabled.
All Plots will display "Demo" in background.
SSA Prediction is disabled.
Saving to a hard disk in Data I/O operations is disabled.
Certain Scripting and Automator features are disabled.

What's New:
Optimized for best performance by maximum usage of Lapack and Blas libraries; most improvement is for Intel multi-core processors with multithreaded Accelerate framework available in OS X 10.4.8; speedup for PowerPC as well.
Principal component analysis (PCA)
MSSA Gap-filling for multivariate data.
Columns/rows plotting for MSSA Reconstruction/Gap-filling and in Data I/O.
Columns/rows operations for matrices in Manage Data utility.
new Preferences panel
Saving data by Drag-and-Drop from Data I/O tables.
