GrowlMailPlus is a plugin for Mail.app.
GrowlMailPlus provides notifications of new mails together with Growl.
Although GrowlMail which is distributed with Growl notifies of only arriving of new mails, GrowlMailPlus notifies subject, sender and body as well!
GrowlMailPlus ignores spam mails.
