This is the tool to do it. Manage all your golf scores in one convenient place. GolfTracker keeps track of all your scores of previous rounds and gives you stats about your game such as your average amount of putts and fairways hit. It also keeps track of all the courses you have played and keeps the information about them in one convenient place.
Limitations:
You may use this program as often as you want for as long as you want, with certain features disable until you register. Basic functionality is available throughout the trial period, including tracking your overall scores and scores on individual holes.
