Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) finally exposes - at least at a primitive level - the ability to attach arbitrary data to files via a mechanism commonly called Extended Attributes.

But they didn't actually provide an interface for the users. Here's an interface.

What's New:
First development release.
Appears to be stable, but obviously incomplete and not especially optimized.
It's largely being put out to solicit feedback.
