There are a total of 2,160 UNIQUE charts and an extended on-disk web index. This index provides information not elsewhere available (even directly from NOAA). Index includes "Chart Name", "Geographic Area", "NOAA Paper Chart #", "Edition Date", "Chart Scale", "DPI Resolution", "X & Y-Axis Distance", "Latitude Range" and "Longitude Range".
What's New:
We recently changed directly to NOAA as the chart source, as we found the charts to be more frequently updated than the previous source.
Because of the change in chart source, we completely rebuilt our organization database, scrapped the use of "Regions" and have created a new set of 20 VERY logical "Chart Areas"... much improved over the previous "Regions".
