The Fallout 2 Survival Kit provides the opportunity to completely transform a character in either Fallout 1 (OS 8 release), Fallout 1 (OS X) or Fallout 2 (OS X). Using the Fallout 2 Survival Kit, nearly every aspect of the character can be changed, including:

• SPECIAL stats
• Traits
• Name
• Gender
• Age
• Skills
• Tag Skills (add a fourth!)
• Perks
• Karma and much, much more

Accompanying the Fallout 2 Survival Kit is the Garden of Eden Creation Kit, an item editor for Fallout 1 and 2. Using the G.E.C.K., one can modify the items in one's inventory, access such things as the end boss weapons and use Fallout 1 weapons in Fallout 2. All of this is possible using the tools provided by the Fallout 2 Survival Kit and Garden of Eden Creation Kit.
