Elektron is server software providing RADIUS/802.1X authentication services for Wi-Fi networks.
Using Elektron, small businesses can enable the WPA Enterprise features of their Wi-Fi hardware, including popular equipment from makers like Linksys, D-Link, Apple, Cisco, and Netgear, enhancing both network user management and data encryption. With Elektron installed, every user attempting to log on to your Wi-Fi network will be asked to provide their own username and password before being granted access.
You can use your existing server logins for your Wi-Fi network credentials (including Open Directory), or maintain a separate, Wi-Fi network-only list of logins. Elektron works with Windows XP and Mac OS X clients with no additional software necessary. There are no additional per-client licensing fees with Elektron, so as your business grows, so can your network.
Limitations:

What's New:
Universal binary (requires 10.4.x on Intel, 10.3.9 on PowerPC)
Fixed bug that left message "/usr/sbin/pstat: no such file or directory" message in the console.
