In brief, Dream recorder measures your sleep states by detecting your motions all along the night, using a enhanced night vision mode for iSight cameras... It wakes you up at the best moment of your morning sleep cycle, and provides dream feed-back and voice recording capabilities.
You can download Dream recorder and use all it's features for 15 days. Do not use it every nights at the beginning. Record two or three night profiles before using the dream feed-back. The price for 3 licences is 45$.
