Dragon Dictionary can be used to search for Chinese or English in the bundled public domain CEDICT dictionary. Both traditional and simplified Chinese are supported, and pinyin is also displayed for Chinese search results.

With OS X 10.3 or higher, English search results can be spoken with visual feedback. Various search criteria can be set. Localizations for simplified and traditional Chinese are provided. A system service is provided, making it easy to look-up words directly in other applications.
