The Message Pad / Rol-a-dex is an inter-office form used to record all Vendor information. When you have a steady customer, its easier to do a find vendor first and use the duplicate command.

This will keep the original customer info. (record history) and photos used when it creates a new record. All you have to do is just change the content of the message. This file can be used as a stand-alone. Also, if you perform a lookup by vendor code from the warehouse or fax db, a script will copy and paste all vendor info. into it.

Filemaker Pro 4.0 or later.
