Adobe Acrobat integration with direct support for sending completed barcode images to Acrobat as PDF files or to Distiller for EPS rendering into a custom PDF file.
Send To menu: new menu sends barcodes directly to supported applications with no saving required. Send To Acrobat, Distiller, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Mac OS X Preview (EPS/PDF) are supported.
Custom font selection system: Barcode Producer 4.1 adds an extensive PostScript(r) font selection system for selecting custom fonts for human readable parts of the barcode, optimizing output and font recognition for Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXPress, and HP laser printers.
Light margin indicators for EAN-13/EAN-8/UPC-A barcode types -- these optional visual markers indicate the end of the quiet space part of the barcode.
Background colors: Barcode Producer now supports custom RGB background colors with an optional transparent setting. The automatic bounding box matches each symbology's required quiet space, offering designers a guideline as to where to place graphical objects around the barcode.
