MacApp Release XV.I contains a complete release of Apple's C++ Frameworks.

This release of the frameworks consists of enhancements to our Carbon and Mac OS X support, a new CarbonPlus framework, enhancements to ACS, and bug fixes.

This release allows MacApp to be built with Apple's Project Builder IDE, as well as Metrowerks's CodeWarrior Pro 6 and CodeWarrior Pro 7 IDEs.
