What's New:
add support for QT 4.0 and Mac OS X.
details : With this release, Tulip can now be build :
on MacOSX; it has been successfully build on 10.3.9 (Panther platform) and and a downloadable disk image is available on Sourceforge for this platform.
with Qt 3 or Qt 4; new --with-qt-dir configure flag added to specify the installation directory of the Qt version you want to use when building Tulip.
The Qt 4 version can be build on all platforms but does not work on Windows due to an OpenGL bug. The platform specific installers available on Sourceforge are for Qt 3 version only.
