The vision behind PowerMaker Powermaker.jpg is a fully developed integrated Text/Word Processor and Presentation/Slide Show Manager. It tries to resemble and mix the concepts of these applications into a single approach. By using the user interface principles with the Mac OS X Cocoa visual elements so you should feel familiar with PowerMaker if you know to operate either of the originals.

The basic concept is that a document consists of pages (landscape/portrait/slide) with content. Content consists of (graphical) objects and text containers with paragraph formatting. Text containers can themselves contain graphical objects. The layout of pages is derived from layout page definitions (master pages).

full screen slide presentation mode
character, paragraph, page style, table format, images, etc. catalogs
