Download Wizard is a small, elegant and powerful replacement for your browser's built-in download manager.

It strives to be small, fast and reliable while making use of all the abilities of Apple's newest OS.

It is written entirely in Cocoa, so it integrates seamlessly with Mac OS X and includes features you'd expect from a Cocoa-based application: dock menus, service availability, dock icon status, localization, etc.

Download Wizard can transfer files from HTTP (web), FTP and Hotline servers. These transfers can recover from network problems and even be paused and resumed at a later time. If an error occurs midway through a transfer, the transfer can be resumed from the point that the error occurred to avoid downloading the same data again.
