cscreen is a command line app to switch screen resolution and depth as well as refresh rate. It is useful (and in use) as a tool to be executed on start up or in any environment where a GUI is unavailable, but the screen resolution must be set.

What's New:
Fixed non-primary screen commands and also implemented missing functionality for moving the menu bar to a different screen.
Moving the menu bar should now work, but I can't promise what order your screens will be in afterward.
