Buffer Delay is a utility plug-in that delays audio by an exact number of sample frames, which can be useful when attempting to sync up audio accounting for delays through certain digital devices.
The plug-in delays incoming audio by an exact number of sample frames. E.g. if the audio rate is 44.1kHz and you select a delay of '1', the audio is delayed by one 44100th of a second.
The 'Delay 128' parameter sets a delay in multiples of 128 frames. The 'Delay' parameter is added to this to provide fine single frame control.
