Weight Watcher is an application that simply watches a file get bigger and bigger. It will email you when the file gets big enough to trip an alarm.
Enter your mail info for the mail server you want to send mail from in the corresponding boxes, once that is entered, click the "Test Email" button to make sure the settings are correct.
You can then click the button with the plus on it in order to add files to be monitored. Once they are added, you can edit the max size field. If the file goes above this size, it will email an alert to you and let you know.
