Web-based file manager is a small set of files that will turn your existing web server into a web-based file manager. As long as you've got php support enabled, you should be ready to go.

I recommend creating a directory on your server just for the file manager files and the files you're going to put up there. The file manager is provided as is, there is no warranty of any kind. Having said that, I've been using it myself for a few years without problems.
