Typo is a quick and easy Type/Creator code changer. Implemented as an Applescript droplet. Full-featured and easy to use.

It's an AppleScript Droplet that allows for the easy changing of Type and Creator codes.
I know there are a lot of these out there, but I feel that this one is a little better, because it has 2 options for changing the codes.

What's New:
Moved to Dialog Director and Dialog Studio Lite for dialog creation/handling
Because of this switch, more information is given to the user (i.e. giving the old creator and the new creator in the dialog).
