TOKI TC is an utility to control and display a time code, a feet+frames counter and/or a line of text over a video movie.

Easy to use, it has all options to control the display of the texts:
- location anywhere in the picture
- set the start offset and frame rate
- choice of the font and size of the text
- choice of the colors of the text and the background

A movie can be exported to QuickTime, DV, MPEG-4, and other formats.

Limitations:
The trial version does not allow displaying or exporting the time code over the 10 first seconds of the movie.

Added new window allowing listing and deleting tracks in QuickTime movies
Added support to Unicode characters in the line of text
Added support of Unicode characters in movie's filenames
The application is now Universal Binary and runs on both PowerPC and Intel processors.
