TDF Czar is a Java application/applet that does all sorts of useful things with tab-delimited data files.

These sorts of files can be created using data sources such as spreadsheets, contact managers and database tables.

The most interesting feature is the ability to merge fields from one of these source files with an HTML template file, creating a Web page populated with all desired data.
