Sound Menu is a small menu for fast sound input/output switching. It's like an Apple Menu. Drag it in your ~/Library/Bundles and just double click on it to activate the menu. To desactivate drag it out of the menu bar with Option-click.

Sound Menu needs an Menu Extra Enabler. You can find it for free on Unsanity (http://unsanity.com/products/free)
