Small faceless background application program to take screenshot quickly and easily and save it as a various image format file or clipping file on the Desktop (or copy it to Clipboard).
SnapClip is designed to be more like memo tool rather than screen capture tool.
The captured image can be copied to the Clipboard, or saved into various format file including picture clipping, JPEG, TIFF, PICT, etc. If you save the image to picture clipping file with thumbnail icon, you can easily see what kind of image without using any applications. That's why I use the words 'memo tool'.
Here are some key features of "SnapClip":
Can be invoked easily with pre-selected keyboard shortcut.
Supports various output image file format including JPEG, TIFF, PSD, PNG, clipping file, etc.
Even adds more flexibility to the standard OS X capture mode.
Customizable output image file name format.
What's New:
Added Mac OS X's standard screen capture as one of the capture modes and yet you can customize output file format and file name. It uses window selection mode as default, so it would be nice to capture a selected window. Also, the output file name format is now customizable with numbering option. Some minor bugs has been fixed too.
