Teaches students how to identify significant figures and to round off answers correct to the number of significant figures specified.

Two modes:

   1  sums generated by the software (default mode)
   2  sums provided by the user


Here are some key features of "SigniFigures":
up to 300 different sums per session
accepts answers in ordinary or standard forms
automatically formats numbers for easy reading, e.g. 123 456 789.001 9.

Level: Secondary One and above (Age: 12 years onwards).

Limitations:
When running in demo mode, you may not be able to get all the types of sums available because of the time limit.

What's New:
International-savvy. Automatically uses the decimal separator (decimal symbol) set in the system.
Automatically uses the thousands separator (digit grouping symbol) in the system.
The thousands separator (digit grouping symbol) can be changed on the fly.
The report now shows the total time spent on doing the sums and the average time taken to do a sum.
