Separate BCC Messages will create a separate email message for each BCC recipient, will put them all automatically into the Outbox, will remove the BCC list from the message going to the To recipient(s), and gives you the choice of sending Now or Later.

If you put everyone as a BCC recipient, and just yourself as a To recipient (with no CC recipients), each recipient will receive a message directed only to him- or herself, as if he or she is the only recipient.

What's New:
The improved method of v1.2 introduced as a consequence headers that listed all the recipients or the group name (viewable in Source). v1.3 puts just each individual recipient into the headers again, so it is not possible to for recipients to know that there were other recipients, by any means available.

Every Address Info (Entourage) 1.0: If you run Every Address Info (Entourage) with a new message open in the front, where you have clicked Reply, or typed, pasted or dragged a recipient, all of the recipient's email addresses recorded in the Address Book will be included in the same recipient field (To, CC or BCC).
Edit & Resend (Entourage) 1.1: If you like to use the Resend feature of Entourage to send follow-up messages to the same recipients without having to bother entering them all, or the subject again, Edit & Resend (Entourage) will make it quicker and easier to do so.
