Renew My Icon is an Applescript droplet that will search the dropped folder and its sub-folders for applications, to copy their icon.

If more than one application is found, you have the option of choosing which applications' icon to copy, otherwise if it finds only one application, it copies that application's icon.

Completly freeware.
