Because OS X is parsimonious in how it reuses file space returned to the unallocated disk space pool, it is not necessary to wipe an ENTIRE 20 Gb volume, only enough of it to include recent returns.
Raggmopp creates a large file, then securely removes it, thus effectively obliterating the main residues of recent disk activity.
Suggested uses include immediately following reboot after cleanup by Cocktail, Onyx, Cache Out X, etc., or as a regular client of cron.
