QuarkScripter is a QuarkXPress AppleScript which allows you to send individual AppleScript commands to QuarkXPress.

This script first saves the document and then asks you what Applescript command you want to give QuarkXpress. Just type in a command and QXP will do it.
With QuarkScripter you get scripting on the fly.

Completly freeware.
