Quantum Mechanic Pro and Quantum Mechanic Lite are Adobe Photoshop filter plug-ins that reduce digital camera noise and artifacts in photographs taken by many professional digital cameras.

Both the Pro and Lite versions of Quantum Mechanic bring new features such as auto contrast, luminance sharpening, and Photoshop 5+ 48-bit support. The Quantum Mechanic Lite has a simplified interface. The Quantum Mechanic Pro has complete control of all filtering parameters. Quantum Mechanic Pro also includes a plug-in called Band Aide filter for the Nikon D1. For the Macintosh only, Quantum Mechanic Pro also includes a plug-in called Moire EraserTM which removes color moire.
