QTViewer is designed to be a replacement for the default Quicktime Movie Player that ships with Mac OS X. Its features include the ability to keep a player window on top of all other windows.

You can remove title bar information so only the movie shows. It allows you to play a movie at different speeds, adjust audio up to 200% for quiet movies, and play movies at any size desired.
