Using your data - You can copy your user preferences folder to Portable Cyberduck when the Copy preferences window asks you. So, if you wish to use your bookmarks, history, preferences you already have on your system, just click "Yes" when prompted. Cyberduck application, preference file and profile folder are inside the bundle: Portable Cyberduck.app/Contents/Resources/app/
